Moving tables, procs ... etc from full version of SQL Server to MS

I have all of the tables, procs ... etc created using a full version of SQL
Server. Now I want to move the tables, proc ... etc to MSDE so I can
distribute what I've created. Is there an easy way?
detach db .. copy Db and log file to MSDE installed computer
attach db on MSDE
