moving SPs and jobs

I need to move all the stroed procedures and jobs from a sql7 to a sql2000 server. I have looked through the system SPs and Microsoft's site and have come up empty...Has aanyone done this and how.Check out INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES in BOL. The big trick is joining together the fragments of routines larger that 4000 characters long.
